Free Delivery within Australia:
Nightie Nite offers free courier delivery within Australia. To ensure that your delivery arrives on time and in pristine condition we use Fastway Couriers. Fastway will deliver directly to your door with service excellence. A signature will be required upon delivery, however a family member or colleague (in the instance of an office address) can sign on your behalf. In the absence of a signature, a notice will be left advising of redelivery. Alternatively, you may authorise your parcel to be left in a safe place (eg wood box at the front door) without a signature. Nightie Nite will not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods once they have been signed for or authorised to be left in a safe place. Courier delivery to a PO Box is not permitted due to security reasons. In some instances we may be required to use the services of Australia Post to ensure delivery to remote or regional/country areas. Please choose your nightie carefully as Nightie Nite does not provide refunds if you change your mind. We are however more than happy to exchange sizes for all unworn garments. All returned nighties must include original tags and be in the original packaging. You have 14 calendar days to return a nightie from the date you received it. Alternatively, we can provide you with a credit note for use at a later date. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. Although we have never seen it, Nightie Nite will take responsibility for any shipping costs associated with faulty or damaged goods.
